Our Story
The Background
We saw a need that girls in high schools don't have the menstrual products readily available in the bathrooms. Rather, they had to go to the nurses office where uncomfortable flimsy sanitary products are. We noticed that as toilet paper is a need, that menstrual products were as much of a need as that is. We made it a mission that we were going to make sure that the girls in high schools had the products they needed to save them a trip to the nurses office. This is the first initiative we have made and are continuing to improve the well being and enrichment of high school girls.
Our Goals
Our mission is to empower high school girls by providing them access to challenge the odds and speak out. We believe that collaboration with the people we serve is key to making a lasting impact. That is why we actively integrate the voices of the women we serve in all stages of planning and decision-making. Our ultimate goal is to create a world where every student has the empowerment she needs
